We'll be back beginning on Monday!

We have several posts ready.  Now that people have begun to think about school again - now is the time to start back up.

  1. Well now that the leadership meetings are over and all of the administrators have been given their ISD issued puppet strings for the year, it's time to find out what they've been up to. Looking forward to upcoming posts and sharing new information myself. Wonder if Dale Herl really is as nervous and shaky as his voice makes him sound? What's up his sleeve for this year...will he actually have a focus besides sports? Inquiring minds want to know! (But don't dare ask at school because you can get fired for that!)

  2. Boo..... We didn't miss you! Your negative spin is not productive. Get the chip off of your shoulder and move on down the road. Or better yet, instead of hiding here like a middle school student bullying classmates on facebook with a fake profile, why don't you come speak at a school board meeting? Man up dude or go away.

    1. I think you're missing the point. Many on this site have spoken of their own experience of being targeted or retaliated against if they spoke out with a dissenting voice. Since that was my experience in the district I can understand anyone not wanting to expose themselves to harm.

    2. Speak at a school board meeting? You'd have to be crazy to do that! Most people are afraid to GO to a school board meeting, let alone express an opinion that may differ from that of CO. You're putting your job on the line if you do that. Many teachers who attended a school board meeting were called in by CO people, questioned about why they were there, who they sat with, what they were talking about, and even why they laughed. Some were asked to sign a paper saying they had done something that was completely untrue, and when they refused, were told they weren't signing an admission, only to show they had been presented with this accusation. It's a tricky situation, and if you don't believe what people are saying, your head is buried in the sand. Hopefully, a new administration will rectify many of the things that have occurred in the ISD in the past 11 years. It is my fervent hope...would love to see this district restored to one with integrity.

  3. Don't like it, don't read it....that's pretty simple to figure out. You must check in here often to have responded to this new post so quickly....which makes it look like you might kind of like this blog a liitle bit. Just saying....

  4. I know a great many emplyees in our district at all levels; support staff, teachers, and building admins. In all of our conversations I have not spoken to anyone who, having read these blogs, did not appreciate what this site is trying to do, and apparently is accomplishing. The only negatives I have seen are from our one anonymous friend, who says he hates the site, yet can't seem to resist reading it.

  5. I notice that the poster chastising us for speaking anonymously has also chosen to keep his or her identity secret. I will not advise this poster to "man up or go away" as I am interested in many viewpoints and don't believe in kicking people out for disagreeing.
